Breakfast Burritos - choice of bacon, sausage, chile verde or carne adovada, eggs, potatoes cheese, red and/or green chile sauce, tomatoes and cilantro wrapped in a flour tortilla - $13.00; Vegetarian - $12.00.                 *Can also be made as a scramble with corn tortillas.

New Mexico-style Enchilaldas  - Corn tortillas stacked and layered with cheese, onion and your choice of red or green chile sauce, served with beans and salad. - $12.00  Add chicken, ground beef, chile verde or carne ado - $15.00

Rice Bowl - Rice, beans, choice of meat and chile sauce topped with cheese, tomato, cilantro and mexi-slaw - $14.00; no meat $12.00

Chile Verde Bowl - Pork, tomatillos, green chile, potatoes and onions in a savory broth. Served with cheese, onion, tomato, cilantro and warm flour or corn tortilla and mexi-slaw.  - $14.00

Carne Adovada Bowl - Pork marinated and slow cooked in a spicy red chile sauce.  Served with cheese, onion, tomato, cilantro and warm flour or corn tortilla and mexi-slaw. - $14.00

Gorditas - Two cornmeal pockets filled with choice of meat, or beans, cheese, cilantro, tomato. Served with mexi-slaw - $9.00

Gordita Plate – 2 gorditas with filling of choice served with beans, rice and mexi-slaw. - $13.00

Tacos - tacos with choice of meat, cheese, tomato, cilantro, onion, served with mexi-slaw and home-made salsa        2 tacos - $8.00       3 tacos - $11.00

New Mexico Salad – lettuce, tomato, cheese, cilantro, choice of meat, (beans or rice or slaw are also options) topped with red and/or green chile - $14.00, no meat $12.00

Kids Size burritos (not just for kids!) $9.00 meat, $7.00 vegetarian

Orders can be made Vegan, gluten-free or Dairy-free. Our sauces and beans and rice do not contain flour, dairy or meat products.

Sol Verde is a small business - family owned and operated - and has been in business in Bend for 10 years. All food served here at Sol Verde is prepared from scratch using fresh ingredients. Each dish is made when ordered. We are proud to use fresh, local ingredients whenever possible, our ground beef is from Anchor Heart Farms and our breakfast sausage is produced by High Hope Acres.  Sol Verde does not move for catering events!

All green chile served is New Mexico chile grown by a cooperative of farmers in the world famous Hatch Valley of New Mexico and processed by Ol' Gringo Chile Company in Las Cruces.
