Chile Verde - Pork, tomatillos, green chile, potatoes and onions in a savory broth. Served with cheese, onion, tomato, cilantro and warm flour or corn tortilla and mexi-slaw. - $8.00
Carne Adovada - Pork marinated and slow cooked in a spicy red chile sauce. Served with cheese, onion, tomato, cilantro and warm flour or corn tortilla and mexi-slaw. - $8.00
Gorditas - Two cornmeal pockets filled with choice of meat, or beans, cheese, cilantro, tomato. Served with mexi-slaw - $6.00

All food served here at Sol Verde is prepared from scratch using fresh ingredients. Each dish is made as ordered. We are proud to use local ingredients whenever possible, our ground beef is from Anchor Heart Farms and our breakfast sausage is produced by High Hope Acres.
All chile served is authentic New Mexico chile grown and processed by a cooperative of farmers in the infamous Hatch and Mesilla Valley regions of New Mexico.
