All food served here at Sol Verde is prepared from scratch using fresh ingredients. We are proud to use local ingredients whenever possible, our ground beef is from Anchor Heart Farms and our breakfast sausage is produced by High Hope Acres.
All chile served is authentic New Mexico chile grown and processed by a cooperative of farmers in the Hatch and Mesilla Valley region of New Mexico.
